NATURE ARTS CAMP — Ages 4+

$90 per session (register for one or two sessions)

• Nature focused, sensory rich, play based process art for kids ages 4+

• Y branch rattles, natural paints & dying, nature house building, water play, painting, fairy houses, clothespin dolls, shell art, potion play, weaving, beading and child-led creativity.

• Choice based art invitations.

• Class participants design a kit to take home with them at the end of the week for endless summer fun!

Camp is lead by Community Art Garden owner Emily Burkland and staff.

Schedule:
9:30 Drop off / Stations & free choice
9:45 Gathering circle explain morning projects / snack time
10:00 - 10:45 Art stations (making instruments, masks, puppets, sensory kitchen etc)
10:45 - 11:00 Clean up / pack up for outside
11:10-11:30 Parachute games / sharing circle
11:30-12:30 Free play outside with nature art stations & potion making

We ask that everyone please send a water bottle and a snack (enough food for your child for the morning). Please label everything in case children have the same gear. Please let us know if your child has any allergies.

Skills introduced: natural dying, mosaic, weaving, wrapping, beading, collecting, sorting, making giant bubbles

Camp is taught by studio owner Emily Burkland and staff.
