Fairy House Camp

Who:      Ages 5+
When:   July 1-3, 2024, Tuesday - Thursday, 9:30am - 2:30pm
Cost:       $210  

• Natural art play centered around fairy magic with sensory stations and open ended choice based art invitations.

• Materials provided: large tree “cookies” to use as house bases and the wild array of natural findings in our curated studio collection including willow, pinecones, dried flowers, stones, shells, and more.

• We will read Fairy Houses by Tracy Kane and draw in our own nature journals to plan and create our dream nature homes.

Schedule:
9:30 Drop off / Stations & free choice
9:45 Gathering circle explain morning projects / snack time
10:00 - 11:00 Art stations (making instruments, masks, puppets, etc)
11:00 clean up —> play outside or go for walk
12:00-12:20 LUNCH
12:20-12:40 quiet activities
1:00-2:00 outside play
2:00 pick up on porch or outside

The morning snack we provide is cheese and crackers, popcorn and or some fruit.

Camp is taught by studio owner Emily Burkland and staff.
